Have you experienced ongoing issues such as malfunctioning elevators, inconsistent heating or hot water, or rising rent costs? Are you a long-time resident feeling the effects of gentrification, perhaps noticing preferential treatment towards new tenants while being overlooked? Do you find yourself facing threatening letters from your landlord or intimidation from your building manager? If any of these situations resonate with you, this application may address your concerns.

This app consolidates tenant complaints from various residential buildings, placing them in a public forum accessible to all. Our primary focus is on highlighting unaddressed issues that impact individual residents. Drawing parallels to investigative journalism, where troubling businesses are confronted publicly, we leverage social media's reach to elevate tenant voices. Many individuals find themselves financially strained, unable to engage in lengthy legal battles against landlords. This platform aims to empower residents by documenting landlord behaviors for public scrutiny.

Each residential building receives a letter grade ranging from A+ to F based on tenant feedback, which is readily available for users to review within the app. Residents can create usernames to maintain anonymity while posting issues. Only tenants have the authority to remove their complaints, ensuring control over their contributions.

Our goal is to shift power away from unjust landlords and put it firmly in the hands of tenants.

The app supports iOS 12 on iPhone versions 5S and later, as well as all iPads.
