Our primary focus is on highlighting unaddressed issues that impact individual residents. Drawing parallels to investigative journalism, where troubling businesses are confronted publicly, we leverage social media's reach to elevate tenant voices. Many individuals find themselves financially strained, unable to engage in lengthy legal battles against landlords. This platform aims to empower residents by documenting landlord behaviors for public scrutiny.

Each residential building receives a letter grade ranging from A+ to F based on tenant feedback, which is readily available for users to review within the app. Residents can create usernames to maintain anonymity while posting issues. Only tenants have the authority to remove their complaints, ensuring control over their contributions.
